Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Policy 1.1. A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. 1.2. The remaining 80% balance will be paid in person before departure. 1.3. If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the trip or in case of a no-show, the remaining 80% balance will be charged automatically online, as per the Cancellation Policy above. 2. Cancellation Policy 2.1. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund (minus any processing fees, if applicable). 2.2. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the trip will forfeit the 20% deposit. 2.3. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure or no-shows are non-refundable, and the client is responsible for paying the remaining 80% balance, which will be charged online to the card on file. 2.4. By completing a booking, the client agrees not to dispute or reverse such charges and accepts full financial responsibility in case of late cancellation or no-show. 3. Weather Policy 3.1. All trips are subject to weather and safety conditions, at the captain’s discretion. 3.2. If the trip is canceled due to unsafe conditions, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 3.3. The captain’s decision regarding weather and safety is final. 4. Rescheduling 4.1. You may reschedule once, if the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled trip, subject to availability. 4.2. Once rescheduled, the new booking date is final and cannot be rescheduled or refunded if canceled later. 5. Gratuity (Tips) 5.1. Gratuity is not included in the trip price. A 20% tip is customary and greatly appreciated for excellent service. 5.2. Tips go directly to the captain and crew. 6. Additional Information 6.1. Maximum 6 guests per trip. 6.2. Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
