Highly Migratory Charter Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund (minus any processing fees, if applicable).
• Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before the trip will forfeit the 20% deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure or no-shows are non-refundable.
2. Weather Policy

All trips are subject to weather and safety conditions, at the captain’s discretion. If the trip is canceled due to unsafe conditions, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

The captain’s decision regarding weather and safety is final.
3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed once, if requested at least 72 hours before the trip, subject to availability.
4. Gratuity (Tips)
Gratuity is not included in the trip price. A 20% tip is customary and greatly appreciated for excellent service. Tips go directly to the captain and crew.
5. Additional Information

Maximum 6 guests per trip.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
